The therapist will discuss your personal goals to align the treatment plan with your expectations, whether it’s pain management, mobility improvement, or achieving specific physical / functional benchmarks.

Together you and the therapist will create a customized care plan based on the initial assessment findings and your personal goals.

  • Each follow up session with your therapist is approximately 60mins.

  • Coast Elite PT is a cash-based practice. However, you may request a super bill to present to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • Yes. This can be scheduled as an in-person visit or telehealth visit depending on the appointment type and needs. This is a great way to collaborate with your medical team to ensure your care is transitioned well and help facilitate other needs such as bracing, seeking referrals, communicating your responses to treatments, advocating for your needs, etc.

  • Transitions can be challenging, especially when changing environments and/or your physical/medical condition(s) have changed. Let your therapist help you with this process by performing home assessments, equipment needs assessment, education on post-op expectations, safety recommendations, and interprofessional collaboration with your medical team for discharge planning. Depending on an individual’s needs, a telehealth or in-person visit can be scheduled.
